Error building in VS community version.

Error Unable to create a manifest resource name for "QuickLicense\NewKeyPairConfirmationForm.resx".
Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\user\Documents\WindowTabs-master\Win32\QuickLicense\NewKeyPairConfirmationForm.cs'. Win32

Can anyone help?

I compiled successfully on Win7, 64bit using vs2019 community version with https://github.com/payaneco/WindowTabs and WiX Toolset build tools https://wixtoolset.org/.
