python3.7is dropped from the support due to a critical commit the updated test cases depend oncookie.expiresnot set in test client pallets/werkzeug#2669. This commit is merged in Werkzeug 2.3.2. As a result minimum requirement needs to be updated to "Flask>=2.3.0", "Werkzeug>=2.3.2". Flask dropped python 3.7 in release 2.3.0python3.11is added as supported version.
