WebYep 3.0.6

In this latest release we have introduced an extra file format into the WebYep Image, Gallery and File attachments. This being WebP. we've also now fixed a fatal crash with popup windows when specified in the config file and the WebYep Longtext can now create tables using the | symbol which was broken in WebYep 3. There were many other fixes including the WebYep menu lost icons if the WebYep system was not installed in the root of your server.
