Allow useHtmlVarDumper() on ExceptionsCollector #464

This PR adds a new useHtmlVarDumper() method on ExceptionsCollector (similar to the one that exists on ConfigCollector or MessagesCollector).
It makes the stack trace easier to inspect by making it a dumped array instead of a long string.

I had to disable the click event that toggles the surrounding lines because it would be triggered by inspecting the stack trace.
