I've got an error when running pip3 install bitermplus on MacOS (intel-based, Ventura), using python 3.10.8 in a separate venv (not anaconda):
pip3 install bitermplus

Could this error be related to #29? I've tested on a PC and it worked though.

issue solved. Solution was setting the following environment variables after brew install libomp:
brew install libomp
export LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/opt/libomp/lib" export CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/opt/libomp/include"
