Stable release of refactorized jira-vote

Refactoring:
The new jira vote is out ;)
The whole business logic and the oauth connection component were refactored.

Bugfixing:
The bug #6 was fixed. The rendering problem with angularjs will be fixed soon.

New features:

• See #12 , the sorting algorithm can reset the sort criteria and sort by the oldest ticket now
• See #13 , the filter algorithm was removed and replaced with a new implementation completly written in angular using localStorage in order to keep your settings on your pc
