It sounds like you want a global tag system with labels and weights. This can be implemented, but it will introduce some complexity. I aim to maintain the basic table functionality as simple and intuitive as possible, and once the field extension mechanism is complete, we can implement this feature as an 'advanced tags field' through field extension
