Currently that's not possible. But it's a great feature. I'll assign it to the next release.

As a matter of fact, that's possible with the current version. All you have to do is turn off a few options: addOnEnter, addOnSpace, addOnComma and addOnBlur. By doing that the directive will only allow tags coming from the autocomplete list to be added.
