Double click to Duplicate as a child

Description

Is it possible to have the option to allow assigning Double click to duplicate the tab as a child? I have to manually move a duplicated tab as a child of the original tab to keep things organized.

I can contribute if this feature sounds good. Apologies if this has been requested before or if it's already possible to do this in some way I have missed.
