MS-110

Bug Description

Gameplay lags a lot when starting races on some tracks, I found that Tsukuba usually lags the most, even managing to completely freeze the emulator at times. Lagging is consistent, though the emulator freezing because of lag isn't, depending on the track, the emulator might hang after a really big and extended lag spike (as seen on Tsukuba, usually at the start of the race, and during/after the first turn)

Lag at Tsukuba

I think pausing and unpausing the game actually makes the lag spike end earlier.

New York II also tends to lag specifically on this area:

New York II

Probably due to cars on the other side of the road rendering due to proximity.

Expected Behavior

Framerate should be consistent, instead, lag is present on very specific conditions

0.7.37
