Allow specifying release type alongside --yes (Resolves #33) #34

This PR addresses issue #33 - it is not currently possible to use the --yes flag alongside a specific release type (eg --major). Without this change, using changelog release --major --yes results in the recommended release type (eg based on semver rules).
