Rewrite Q&A tables

The catalan version is just a guess.

I noticed that the page needs some love:

• last sentence of Q7
• forgotten s at the end of Q5

After finishing the translation into Catalan I tried to correct all the errors I detected before and after sending the changes to the web. I have also found errors in the English version which I have not yet resolved and which also needs a review.
If this modification of the layout of the tables is to be the last one, I think Massimo can approve it before other translations start or the existing ones are updated.

Merged. Title font was too big so I adjusted it.
To be honest I liked tables more but I understand the need to have direct links (even though indicating the number of the question was enough for years..)
