Eidolon 0.5.1

Changes from previous release:

• Level0 now end also with 2 key obejcts, not necessarily all 3 of them
• After level0 outro now starts level1
• All gameover converted to respawn

Known problems:

• Level1 still doesn't end, needs to fix a bug
