Some small fixes today :)
- Added a whisper button to the UI
- Fixed an intermittent issue where new chat would be deleted when loading backlog
- Badges now follow a more logical order, and are properly centered
- Badges now have tooltips
- Fixed the missing FFZ supporters badge
- Mid-sentence /shrug no longer sends an extra message
- Fade out the mod icons when you're not a mod in the channel
- You no longer have to use the mouse scroll wheel to load backlog
