Welcome to the 2017_PhD_Toolbox_course wiki!

This module is: BASIC MODULE - Unix, R and reproducible research, and it will be held in Turin between the 27th and the 30th of March 2017.

The course is meant for all PhD Students from the Life Sciences and Systems Biology Department of the University of Turin, Italy.

The course is divided on four days:

  • Day1 - Mon the 27th of March 2017

    • Location: Aula 4, V. Accademia Albertina 13 map

    • Time: 9h00-18h00

  • Day2 - Tue the 28th of March 2017

    • Location: Aula 4, V. Accademia Albertina 13 map

    • Time: 9h00-18h00

  • Day3 - Wen the 29th of March 2017

    • Location: Aula 4, V. Accademia Albertina 13 map

    • Time: 9h00-18h00

  • Day4 - Thu the 30th of March 2017

    • Location: Aula informatizzata 5 - V. Carlo Alberto 10 map

    • Time: 10h30-14h30

Class attendance will be registered by the teachers and the corresponding credits should be indicated in your end-of-the year creditization form. Attendance certificates can be requested to Andrea Genre after the end of the course.
