Hello Sergio,
as far as I can see from the error message, the function (am_anova_grid)
does not find the data object. So, the first argument in parenthesis should
be the dataset containing all your data and not the name of the treatment.
These functions are not very well supported and you need a bit of
workaround to make them work properly.
Please try:
library(Ramf)
# Saved you files as csv
x <- read_csv("delete.csv")
# Add class grid to data
class(x) <- c("grid", class(x))
# One-way anova
am_2anova_grid(x, "Total")
Let me know whether this works for you,
M

I tried to do it with your suggestions, but it doesn't work.
I keep getting the error message when I ran the function below:
am_anova_grid(Sand, col = "Total")
Error in data.frame(y, trt) : object 'Sand' not found

I am using the trouvelot scoring method and keep running into an error that I am unsure how to fix. After running the am_stat function I receive "Error in if (pvalue[k] <= 0.001) sig[k] <- "***" else if (pvalue[k] <= : |

Hi Marco,
Sorry for the late reply, this email went to my spam for some reason.
Here is the data sheet and the code I have gotten so far. The last line is
where I am experiencing some trouble. Thankyou for taking the time to look
into this!
Best,
Madelaine
