Implement more check functions. (e.g. https://github.com/mcktr/check_tr64_fritz#usage )

Possible functions:

  • status
  • linkuptime
  • uptime
  • downstream
  • upstream

  • update
  • thermometer
  • socketpower
  • socketenergy
  • socketswitch

This implements two new check methods for smart sockets. One to check
the current power consumption in watts (smart_socketpower) and one to
check the total power consumption over the last year in kWh
(socket_powerenergy).

I am closing this one since almost every suggested check function is implemented . The check function socketswitch will may return later, I currently don't know if the check actually make sense.
