CAN udev rules for Linux

Precautions

  • This repository is for Linux only.
  • The rules are for guidance and might not work without modification.

Usage

Manual

  1. Clone the repository.
  2. cd to the directory containing scripts and rules for your device
  3. Read the README.md file as it contains exact details for your device.
  4. Connect your device and test if it works.
  5. If encountering problems, check the copied files and modify them if necessary.

Automatic

  1. Clone the repository.

  3. Run sudo ./install.sh
  4. Connect your device and test if it works.
  5. If encountering problems, check the files shown by the installation script and modify them if necessary.
