Improvements and bug fixes

• Fix the missing str parameter in load zone file.
• Expose transport mechanism override. User can now set timezoneJS.timezone.transport to a function to use their favorite way of grabbing file
• Add package.json
• Use jasmine-node to automate testing, which can now be run with npm test
• Update documentation
• Annotating source code to use with docco, which can be invoked with docco src/date.js
