It is a Machine Learning algo implemented by a Data Analyst named EA. He used Hierarchical Clustering method to Identify patterns in the customers of a mall. EA can Observe that he can target customers that falls in cluster 1 and 3. As customers in cluster 1 have high annual income but low spending score so, they can be attracted by the advertisement and the customers falling in cluster 3 have high anual income as well as hig spending score so, they are already intrested in spending money for any new product or offers lunched by the mall.
