This one is much larger than #18622 :( Why is that? I thought we made good progress? Also, there are merge conflicts. Maybe it was run against an old branch?

We have made good progress, yes! The reason this branch is larger is because in v8.0.0, I have focused heavily on improving collector coverage, so that it can automate more of our data. In other words, more data is being changed because more can be changed!

@queengooborg do you have an updated version of this burndown list? It includes a lot more false values than #18622, is that because of different arguments used for the update script here?

A methodology in the style of #3555 for counting the differences that stays stable of the time would really help see the progress we're making towards completing the post-2020 data.
