Remove non-standard, unsupported contenteditable types #20071

This PR removes the three non-standard and unsupported contenteditable attribute values. These may have been supported at one point, but they are not supported in modern browser versions, nor are they defined in the specification.

Confirming plaintext-only exists per https://chromestatus.com/feature/5743696054059008 and the rest seems to be gone. See some discussion at w3c/contentEditable#7
