Confirming plaintext-only exists per https://chromestatus.com/feature/5743696054059008 and the rest seems to be gone. See some discussion at w3c/contentEditable#7

This PR removes the three non-standard and unsupported
contenteditableattribute values. These may have been supported at one point, but they are not supported in modern browser versions, nor are they defined in the specification.
