This PR removes the unsupported subfeatures of the `length-percentage` CSS value type from BCD. These are duplicate features of css.types.length.*. Tests Used: https://mdn-bcd-collector.gooborg.com/tests/css/types/length-percentage

I think it is fine to remove these given the docs also say "Refer to the documentation for <length> and <percentage> for details of the individual syntaxes allowed by this type." and the page for <length> as all the units etc.
