Summary
The WebCodecs API has been documented for a while, but some features are missing:
AudioEncoderConfig.bitrateModeproperty. This was added to Chrome in v119 — https://developer.chrome.com/blog/chrome-119-beta#webcodecs_audioencoder_bitratemodeAudioEncoderConfig.opusproperty and theOpusEncoderConfigdictionary. Theapplicationandsignalproperties were added in Chrome 126 (https://developer.chrome.com/blog/chrome-126-beta#opusencoderconfig_signal_and_application_parameters)opusproperty and dictionary as a whole were first added in Chrome 110 — confirmed by Chrome engineering.Test results and supporting details
