This PR replaces
true
values with ranged values for all browsers for the HTTP headers, based upon the commits that added the features to BCD, or from applicable notes/other data.Note: a lot of these were probably supported from the very beginning, but I opted to stick with these ranges instead of assuming, to balance both accuracy and quick version number addition. This will allow us to refine the version numbers later on and ensure complete accuracy.
