As the MDN Content Lead, I need to be informed about MDN's KPI scoring, so I know if the direction we're taking is successful or not.
MDN's success in helping web developers is measured by:
Number of successfully completed tasks. This means reach and helpfulness.
Reach: Number of sessions (source: GA)
Helpfulness: Percent of tasks completed (source: SurveyGizmo)
Acceptance criteria
There used to be a working data studio report that combined the two sources (GA + surveyGizmo), but it doesn't work anymore. It should be repaired or we need a new solution, so that:
The KPI is shown over time
The KPI is shown over time broken down by top level content area
The KPI is shown over time broken down by task
The KPI is shown over time broken down by location (we ask for location instead of language, I don't know why)
(..) (maybe some further break downs, but the above 4 seem most important to me for now)
@atopal please let me know if this user story makes sense to you and what is blocking you to move forward on it, so that ideally this story is unblocked and ready for you to work on in the next sprint.
