…it in by using snkerc instead of snoptc, also added code in python to retrieve the approximate Hessian, and also fixed major iteration counting both in db and optview

Addresses #21 by providing a Python callback
snstopto SNOPT. Major iteration information is recorded there and thedbfile is updated accordingly. The iteration information that is saved can be viewed insnstop, but any internal SNOPT variable is accessible through the work arrays.
