Since Gatsby 5.0.0 (and gatsby-plugin-sitemap 6.0.0), the default location of the sitemap has been changed from ${siteMetadata.siteUrl}/sitemap/sitemap.xml to ${siteMetadata.siteUrl}/sitemap.xml.

Should the default sitemap property of this plugin be changed as well? If so, I'm willing to make a pull request.
