I really love MDX and I want to add it to the mime type database, which is used by mime package. jshttp/mime-db/pull/136

This should make MDX easier to integrate in tools like AST explorer because they will be able to recognize the extension. If you want this, you can decide what the mime type should be (I'm not sure what goes into that process) and update the specification. That way I could link to it as a primary source in mime-db.
