Es sollen Datenspuren angelegt werden können, die durch Handeingaben gefüllt werden.
Für das erstmalige Füllen mit bereits notierten Handeingaben, ist ein CSV-Import über die Web-Oberfläche sinnvoll.
Eine Anwendung ist z.B. das Speichern von manuell abgelesenen Zählern.
