What this PR does / why we need it:
The Documentation on Gunicorn Webworkers had a few missing links. Additionally the defaults were contradicting the Description.
Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
fixes #3165
Special notes for your reviewer:
WEB_CONCURRENCY is a bit unclear. Nothing being set, it defaults to 2 but it might get overwritten by MAX_WORKERS.
So both MAX_WORKERS and WEB_CONCURRENCY set the amount of workers.
