[YouTube] Playlists from the Related section do not have an overlay option

[Affected versions]:

• Firefox 53.0.3 and up
• Min-Vid 0.3.8-dev (built on 6/14/2017)

[Affected Platforms]:

• All Windows
• All Mac
• All Linux

[Prerequisites]:

• Latest Min-Vid add-on was previously installed on a clean profile.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites and navigate to a www.youtube.com.
2. Click on a video.
3. Search the related videos section for a playlist thumbnail and hover it.
4. Observe the playlist thumbnail.

[Expected result]:

• The Min Vid overlay appears.

[Actual result]:

• The Min Vid does not appear.

[Notes]:

• Both context menu options exist and work as expected.
