feat(#41): scaffold an alpine variant of our linux environment
d671091 
- added an Alpine Linux Dockerfile that installs packages listed in a
  file loaded via build context, finding a balance somewhere between our
  full Arch environment yet cutting cruft to keep it slim
- restructured scripts directory to begin splitting scripts between
  distros
- updated existing x11docker script and added one for Alpine, along with
  simpler run-tty scripts
