This App was Created using HTMl, CSS, AJAX, PHP, Active Code Record pattern.

Web application for the management of one or more medical offices, with:

1- A public home page(website) for curious visitors and patients. 2- A patient panel, in which the patients can consult their files and their different diagnoses, as well as make appointments.

3- A panel for doctors in which they can create a new record for the diagnosed patient , as well as add diagnostics to an already existing records.
