Describe the issue
With the feature to Record Apdex score in webapp added we need to document a query that can be used to retrieve the performance telemetry data in RDBMS.

Describe the improvement you'd like
Add a view to the migrations folder, similar to existing ones related to telemetry

Related to Write high level SQL queries to analyze Apdex scores
