App needs frequent refreshing to sync messages. Logs sent via email. Related to https://github.com/medic/medic-projects/issues/3609

So the project MoU was signed in September but started in December. It's not live yet, they are still testing and training. They plan to go live on April 2nd.
The phone is about a year old.
And the problem of constantly having to refresh their gateway has been bothering them from the start
