No premium update after paying Playstore #243
Comments
Hi Norbert, Did you receive the email from Google Play confirming the purchase? The free and paid versions are 2 different apps: if both are installed, you will see 2 different icons. The free flavor has name "Medical ID" while the paid one is entitled "Medical ID (premium)". When you open the premium version for the first time, your profile(s) on the free version should be copied to the premium version and just after a dialog appears to suggest removing the free version. Please let me know if that helps. Regards, |
Here is a link to the premium version to check/install if needed: |

Norbert, that's not my purpose. When you open the previous page if you see a buy button it means that you are connected to the Play store with an email address that is different from the one you used to buy app, or the purchase you made was not completed and you were not charged. I suggest checking on your device that you are connected to the Play store with the right email address. |
Today I purchased de Premium version of Medical ID at the Google Play Store.
After paying by credit card there is no respons or update!?
How to fix that problem?
