Project Overview

When a pattern library is already setup in Alva, an overview of all projects should be shown.
As a first implementation the list of all projects is sufficient.
Further improvements include last changed status, edited by user and a sorting functionality.

• If no Library is linked to Alva: The splashscreen is shown (the option to add a library --> already implemented)
• If 1 library is linked to Alva: The project list of this library is shown (this issue)
• If > 1 library is linked to Alva: The project list of the last used library is shown

This issue is only about the visual representation of this page. All further functionality is added in other issues.
As mentioned above, the project overview is shown when at least one library is already connected to Alva.

The page constists of:

• Library Title
• Project List
  (2 columns)
  • List Header
    ("Name" & "Date modified")
  • List elements
    (Project name & date modified [by user])
• Add Project Button
  (functionality not part of issue)
