To start game:-
1. Python app.py [host ip-address] [port number]
2. Open link https://[host ip-address]:[port number] in browser (player-1).
3. Open link https://[host ip-address]:[port number] in browser (player-2).

Game Rules :-
1. When you select one dot then after you can select only adjucents and non-diagonal dots.
2. Line can not be overwriten.
3. When a box is completed player gets an extra turn for draw another line.
4. When all the boxes are filled then only game will be completed.
