The options added for --follow had something after the "f", which caused the "h" to be interpreted as a filename. Fixed by moving the "f" to be the last option.

The options added for --follow had something after the "f", which caused
the "h" to be interpreted as a filename. Fixed by moving the "f" to be
the last option in TAR_ARGS.
