DTR 不应该归入 Sublinear 派系 #316

用户指南的文档中，第一层级不应该出现特别具体的使用术语，而是应当在模型开发（进阶篇）给出一个进阶的 Topic, 比如：

训练时显存占用优化
- 动态张量缓存技术（DTR）
- 亚线性显存优化（Sublinear）
- 自动混合精度训练（AMP）
- 模型设计常见 Tricks

不需要在标题中提到动态图和静态图的概念，而是在文章开头进行提示。
