LavU is the first device that uses muscle activity in order to deliver real time stress management.
LavU was built in 36 hours during Stanfords TreeHacks. It won multiple prizes including Arduino's Most Cyberpunk Hardware Hack and the VALUENEX competition. The full devpost can be found here. The hardware used to build LavU includes a EMG sensor, haptic motor, and a Nicla Sense ME.
