From the docker documentation:

The EXPOSE instruction does not actually publish the port. It functions as a type of documentation between the person who builds the image and the person who runs the container, about which ports are intended to be published.

A lot of docker client seems to automatically bind exposed port to forward them.

## What does this PR do?
Apparently, some [commit](meilisearch/milli@add96f9) deleted the logo file, and updated the `src` path. It seems to me that this was an error, and that the logo file should have been moved, not deleted.

This fixes the problem of seeing this (see image) instead of the actual logo.
