"get JDK/JRE" (with links)
"install tc_java" (where from?, where to extract it to?)
provide links to sample plugins
to install/update a plugin: download and open in TC (double-click)
restart TC?
"clone this repo or download as .zip, then run run-me-once.bat"
update root README.md; still left is run-me-once.bat for developers
add script run-me-once.bat (for developers)
