Issue description

The functions listed for the waste barrel do not appear to work using the latest forge/Mekanism/CC on Minecraft 1.18.2. I tried attaching the computer to all sides of the barrel, the listed functions never appear.

The barrel shows up in peripherals as:

Attached Peripherals:
top (mekanism:radioactive_waste_barrel, inventory, fluid_storage)

Other Mekanism blocks I tested with that show up as:

top (creativeChemicalTank)
top (ultimateSmeltingFactory)
back (fissionReactorLogicAdapter)

I suspect since it does not appear as top (radioactiveWasteBarrel), it is falling back to whatever default behavior CC has for unrecognized blocks.

Relevant discussion in #help-desk

Steps to reproduce

  1. Place a computer next to a waste barrel.
  2. Attempt to interface via peripheral with the barrel. Only generic CC functions for items/fluids will appear.
