Putting items into QIO system with pinned crafting window will move the items into the window only #8027

Issue description

The pinned windows are super useful! But it is undermined when transferring items into the QIO system. Items will always be moved into the crafting window. Even after clicking on the main system, it will still enter the items into the craft window (until it is full or closed)
Having the ability to "tab in and out" of the windows (the same way we can change the selection between each of the crafting windows would be great, or otherwise defaulting to move items into the system rather than the crafting grid.

Also, when pulling a crafting recipe (from JEI or other similar mod) into a QIO crafting window that has existing items from a previous craft, the items are pushed into the player inventory rather than being put back into the QIO system.
This rapidly fills your inventory with junk when making any multi-step crafts.

You can click the button to dump the items from the window into the QIO, but it is an annoying extra step that makes it a bit tedious. I can see this being useful in some edge cases, but I feel that it should be a toggle option in your QIO GUI.

Overall QIO is nice to use and I love mek in general, but these issues hold the mod back from being a top tier storage mod like AE2
