Mainly for the simplicity, it probably still works on that version of compiler, but we have to go on with the time
We cannot use cutting edge because of the bug introducted in uncrustify/uncrustify#3655
Check the previous commit on why
And modify rakefile so that it uses the correct loading of the project

Might not be the best solution, but should work instead of making a target CC filter out the gcc version after `-`

Updated workflow tools to the latest version and fixed some documentation warnings
