The Xiaomi Redmi 7 (codenamed "onclite") and Xiaomi Y3 (codenamed "onc") is a mid-range smartphone from Xiaomi. It was announced on March, 2019.

This TWRP automatically detects the device region and updates the device code name "onclite" or "onc"
First checkout Minimal TWRP with OmniROM Tree:
repo init -u git://github.com/minimal-manifest-twrp/platform_manifest_twrp_omni.git -b twrp-9.0
repo sync
You need to clone kernel source:
git clone -b twrp https://github.com/AlpacaGang/kernel_xiaomi_onclite.git kernel/xiaomi/onclite
And execute these:
export ALLOW_MISSING_DEPENDENCIES=true # Only if using Minimal TWRP Tree
. build/envsetup.sh
lunch omni_onclite-eng
mka recoveryimage
Testing it:
fastboot boot out/target/product/onclite/recovery.img
Flash it via fastboot:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Or use Official TWRP App to install it.
