Various improvements:

  • Move all to .NetStandard 2.0 and .NETCoreApp 2.0.
  • Remove usage of submodules and use nuget packages.
  • Cleanup.

This looks pretty good to me. Thanks for the cleanup, I've wanted to remove the submodules for a while now.
