Remove packages whose upstream repositories have disappeared

Like for the packages from the Emacswiki we can not rebuild these
packages after having deleted them accidentally. In this case it
is not because the code to do so no longer exists, but because the
data no longer exists.

Re #4622. Also see #5008.

I think that cajetanus/gregorio-mode.el is now https://github.com/jsrjenkins/gregorio-mode and semi-actively maintained. It seems that the author changed their username, but they (or GitHub) did not set up a proper redirect. Comparing with the commits at https://github.com/emacsattic/gregorio-mode supports this. Also, the current maintainer is listed by GitHub as the person who initially added the recipe:

https://github.com/melpa/melpa/commits/34b70a5616e27ff9904a2803c86e049acfe9b26d/recipes/gregorio-mode

PS Thanks for dealing with the drudgery of maintaining MELPA!

Tarsius, yes, I changed my user account but it seems GitHub didn't follow.

This project is still maintained by myself. There is a large update in the works for this project. The project is very useful to some as it stands now, so I didn't want to change it much before the new release of gregorio where the new features will be more visible.

Thank you so much for your time.
